Immune Tea - just what the doctor ordered
When I’m not well with a cold, sinus congestion, fever and in bed but not sick enough to go to the hospital, this is what (I) the naturopathic doctor take to get well. The trick behind this tea is to induce a sweat and thus elicit a healing response, at least twice a day.
To do this drink while in bed while under plenty of blankets and a hot water bottle underneath to bring out the sweat. Remember to keep a jug of room temperature water at your bedside as well, so you can replace all the fluids you are sweating out.
